VELARA’s products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers product quality issues under normal domestic use.
It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental or deliberate damage, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or failure to follow the product instructions.
If your product has a quality issue during the warranty period, VELARA may offer a repair or replacement.
